Maintenance can include weeding, deadheading (removing spent blossoms to promote new flowers), seasonal pruning, and cultivating the soil annually. A separate, monthly contract is written up for each customer, personalized to meet the requirements of your yard, your budget, and the time it takes to complete the work.
